The first step in your listing journey is to complete the “List Your Property” form. This form gathers essential details about the property you want to list, including property type, location, features, and pricing information. It’s crucial to provide accurate and comprehensive information to attract potential buyers or renters.

Step - 2

After submitting the property listing form, our team will review the information. Once approved, you will receive a unique ID and password from our end. These credentials are essential for accessing your property listing account securely.

Step - 3

With your unique ID and password in hand, you can now log in to your dedicated property listing account. This personalized dashboard allows you to manage your property listings, update property details, upload high-quality photos, and track the progress of your listings.

Step - 4

Within your property listing account, you will find a user-friendly interface. To add a new property listing or edit an existing one, simply click on the “List Property” option. This step enables you to input all the relevant information about your property, such as property descriptions, amenities, images, and pricing.

Step - 5

Before your property listing goes live on our website, we recommend reviewing all the information you’ve entered for accuracy and completeness. Ensure that your property listing showcases its best features and highlights. Once you’re satisfied with the details, confirm your listing, and it will be published on Auxilium Real Estate for potential buyers or renters to explore.
